Who is the data controller

The controller of personal data submitted through this website is Adam Zieleśkiewicz, contact: adam.zieleskiewicz@gmail.com. The site operates under the name h3studio.

What data I collect and why

If you send a message through the contact form, I process the data you enter: name, email address, topic and message. I use it only to reply to your message and, if you wish, to discuss working together.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long I keep it

For as long as the correspondence lasts, and no longer than 12 months after the last message. If we sign a contract, data related to it is kept for as long as the law requires, e.g. tax law.

Who receives the data

I don't sell or share data with anyone for marketing. Data goes to service providers without which the site and email wouldn't work:

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the European Commission's decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing before withdrawal). Just write to the address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address I can't reply. I don't make automated decisions about you or profile you.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. The hosting provider, like any server, keeps technical connection logs (e.g. IP address, time of visit) for security and operation.

Links to other sites

"Open the app" buttons lead to separate services (e.g. on Vercel or Netlify). Those apps may save progress in your browser's storage, but they don't send it to me.

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
