How we work
The path from an idea to a working app. No jargon and no long specifications up front.
A conversation
You tell me who the app is for and what it should make easier. I ask about the details and tell you honestly what makes sense and what doesn't.
A prototype
Within a few days you get a clickable version to open on your phone and show to others. Better to test an idea in your hand than on paper.
Refinement
We fix what testing revealed: content, look, screen order. Usually a few short rounds.
Launch
The app goes live at a web address, installable on a phone and working offline if needed.
Afterwards
After launch I can add features, update content, or hand over the code with instructions.
Common questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. After our first conversation you get a clear quote and timeline before any work starts.
Will the app be in the App Store?
My apps are PWAs: you install them straight from the website onto your home screen and they behave much like regular apps. For most uses that's faster and cheaper than a store.
Do I need a finished design?
No. A description and, if you have them, a logo and colours are enough. I'll propose the look.
Who owns the code?
You do. At the end you get the source code and a guide to running it.
Got an idea for an app?
Describe it in a few sentences. I'll tell you whether and how it can be built, usually within two working days.
