Company event app
Agenda, venue map and directions on every attendee's phone for a one-day company event.
Private app, attendees onlyI want something similar
Instead of a printed agenda and "where do we go now?", attendees had everything on their phones. The app installed from a link or a QR code and worked without signal on the day.
What it does
- An agenda timeline that scrolls itself to what's happening now
- Colour groups: pick your wristband and see only your own sessions
- An interactive venue map with dozens of points, pinch to zoom
- Directions and navigation to the venue
- Polish and English, works offline
How I built it
Built on my own event template, so the next event (a conference, a training day, a picnic) is mostly a matter of swapping content, map and colours.
